SiComponents Refund Policy

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom software solutions or services.
  • Subscription-based software. For subscription-based products, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the product until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred. To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions provided upon initial registration or contact our customer support team.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • If the software has been partially used but not beyond the trial period.
  • If there are technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
