Extracting Binary File from RCData

I have added a binary file as RCDATA ( its actually a theme file *.theme).
I then have compiled it and created a dll.

Does anyone have a code snippet that could extract the file, I would then save to disk. I have search all the usual sites and groups and cannot find any syntax for it

It was in the the delpi help system under TresourceStream
