PRoblem upgrading to TsiLang v5.3

I must be doing something dumb
But when I try upgrading from ver 5.2.5 to 5.3 I get the following errors while trying to install..

[Pascal Fatal Error] siPropEditors.pas(106): File not found: '_siComboPropEd.dcu'
[Linker Fatal Error] Fatal: Unable to open file 'TSILANG_CB6.OBJ'

I thought that I had uninstalled and removed all traces of the old v5.2.5

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong

I am using C++ Builder v6

I just saw an earlier post about the early releases of version 5.3 having a bug in them.

I downloaded it again and there are no problems
