First, I have to thank you for developing such a good and useful product.
Second, I'm particularly proud of that this product is Russian

I got problems with XML export from SIB files.
Using C++ Builder 6, TsiLang 6.3, SIL Editor 5.0.0.7

When I do export, some sections like Dialogs seem to be skipped.

Steps to reproduce:
- Save a TsiLang component with some data in Dialogs to SIB format
- Open the file in SIL Editor
- Check if there is data in Dialogs section
- Do export to XML
- Open the XML file and find nothing in Dialog section
- For SIL files the export works fine
