If I try to write any thing in non English language or the system default language, at first the text appears write when I typing, but when I exit from the cell it will converted to ??????

Isn't the new Translation Editor support unicode??

Built-in Translation Editor is ANSI as well as Delphi IDE itself and as result it is not Unicode. So you need to have proper settings for Fonts and Charset in order to help Translation Editor properly convert Unicode to Ansi if necessary.
