SilEditor : Russian chars change to ?????

SilEditor 2.5.1.89, Win XP Pro with keyboard RU enabled
I created a column "Russian" with the properties Arial Unicode and RUSSIAN_CHARSET. I can input russian chars via the keyboard but when I step to the next cell all characters changes to ? and I can restore the rightl content only by re-input the characters.
Any hints? With SilEditor 2.5.1.89 and Win 2000 this problem doesn't exist.
