Chinese Input

Igor,
I am still having problems. Just to clarify, I was using SiEditor.exe since that is what will have to go to the translater. I have tried various settings. It seems to me they should be correct since I can enter a char from the Chinese IME into Excel or whatever and it looks fine. I can then copy this from Excel and paste it into the SiEditor and it looks good there also. The problem is I cannot input from Simplified Chinese (Pinyin) while in the editor. The Pinyin chars all look good in the IME, but as soon as I select one to place into the SiEditor, it shows ??? instead of the Pinyin I had selected.
I have a small image capture showing this. If that would help, I can send it to you (<30k). Just let me know where.
By the way I am using WinXP Pro.
thanks,
Kev
