I have a feature request that I have not been able to find in any of the customer tracking applications that I have found.
I would like to see an additional tab for a binary attachment by customer. The licensing application I use generates license files and it would be nice if all I had to do was to send the email (or resend if they lose the key) and have the attachment attached automatically.
