Does the trial version install work good on this workstation?

Thanks for getting back with me this quick.
YES, the trial version works fine

Try to disable any antivirus. If this doesn't help try the following:
1. Install the trial version on this system.
2. Install the registered version on some "regular" system.
3. Then just copy the source files from TsiLang folder and BPLs from the the Embarcadero's BPL folder to the respective folders on this system replacing the trial files.

Noticed there was an update. Installed the latest version (7.9.3.0).
Unfortunately failed to install. Message:

You need to perform the same steps as above. We don't know why the error appears on your configuration, we will try to find the reason but meantime the workaround is as described above.

Adding a +1 that following the instructions did work (i.e. install full product on x86, copy files over to the ARM machine), but it would be great to not have to do this and avoid the error messages on startup.

I can confirm that deleting (renaming) TsiLang_Common.dll does get rid of the exception reports on application startup, but it would be great if I could install this directly without the manual workarounds (but thank you for these anyway!)

attempted to install 7.9.7.0 today on a Parallels ARM Win11 on MacBook with Delphi 12.2.1

Setup still fails with:

Runtime error (at45:757):
Could not call proc.

Trialversion works without problems.

As I don't have a Delphi 12.2.1 installation on X86 computer the previous workaround is not really working for me - well at least not without the hassle of organizing a X86 PC, installing Delphi 12.2.1, installing TsiLang, and then copy the necessary files...

Can you please take a closer look into this matter?

Actually, you don't really need IDE installed to install TsiLang Components Suite. You can just complete the install and then copy TsiLang's install folder to your VM. The only additional thing to do would be manually install TsiLang_12.bpl into the IDE using menu Component | Install Packages, and adding paths to TsiLang units in Tools | Options | Language | Delphi and others. Also it might be useful to copy .BPL, .DCP, .LIB and .BPI packages to the respective packages under Public Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\23\ (there are BPL and DCP sub-folders).

If you don’t wish to manually install packages and path settings to the library settings then installing trial before copying will make it easier. If you don’t mind making changes manually then trial installation is not needed.
