The inconsistency of the number of changes and the allocated lines in Tsilang 7.9.3.0

Hi,

Delphi 11.2, TsiLang 7.9.3.0.

We look at the picture in the atache.

The "Hint" section says that there is 21 changes, and only 4 lines are highlighted in red.

I think this is a error.
