1. Select in menu File | Open Project 2. Locate your DPK 3. The DPK file name should appear in IDE caption as active project. After this TsiLang Expert should appear. The IDE caption is the name of my DPK, but TsiLang Expert does not open. But if there is an empty project when I open my DPK, then T...

Hi, We created some new Delphi components, grouped in a DPK project. To translate them we first close current DPR project then open the DPK. Trying to open the TsiLang Expert (Tools menu) do nothing, the Expert does not show up... Another trial to translate strings of our new components was through ...

Hi Kevin, To solve similar problems, we did write few pre-processing applications. Those applications read DIX or SIB/SIL files and process all translations in them to perform given tasks. We also wrote a real time procedure that intercept SIB files reading on the fly . This code could interpret spe...

Hi Jean-Paul, May be the Delphi 7 version on that PC doesn't have all updates and service packs installed? This may be a reason of strange behavior on compiled packages. This could not be the case since the error does not show on two other PC which have been recently installed with the same ghost. ...

Expert can not load a SIB into a form
Strange, very strange... Today, my collegue tried to make a Load command to push new translations from a SIB into a Delphi-7 form (DFM). The Load does not succeed, no feedback, no error message, the DFM was just not loaded??? Few seconds after the load, Delphi crashed with a popup windows asking to ...

Re: Regression in SilEditor 5.2.0.28
With SilEditor 5.2.0.28, if I export a SIL to a SIB file, the Extended section is lost. The components position or size does not adjust after that. With previous version 5.1.0.13 of SilEditor, that bug does not exist. The export to SIB keeps the extended section. Hi Igor, Do you get an idea of what...

Another regression in SilEditor 5.2.0.28
With SilEditor 5.2.0.28, if I export a SIB to a SIL file, a three characters garbage line is added at the beginning of the file. That line shows as "". Hex codes added at the beginning of the file, including <eol> is: "EFBBBF0D0A". With previous version 5.1.0.13 of SilEditor, ...
