Have just found I am able to export to .SIB from .SIL (thought it would be under the Save As menu item)

Hi Igor,

I think I can see what the problem may be .. the file RT.SIL (dated 13 May 2003) contains the following string ..

"TsiLang files (*.sil)|*.sil|All files (*.*)|*.*" for

TsiTransEditFrm.sdSave.Filter, .. the .SIB filter is missing

This was announced as a new feature of 5.2.3, but does not seem to have been included (my new SIL File Editor version is 2.8.0.302)
