ok I can partly answer this question to myself:
1. TButton won't work -> Replace them by TBitBtn
2. TMenu works when I do:
Screen->MenuFont->Name="Arial";
Screen->MenuFont->Charset=GREEK_CHARSET;

But:

What can I do with TPageControl ??
