Charsets and Captions aren't sync

Hello
I made a SIB file for the Translation of my project, but I found when I use it at runtime some captions don't show correctly even it translate and font is the same for all.
I found later that "CharSets" in SilEditor isn't synchronized with the Captions sections, which make the captions looks like "?????" for the CharSets not exist for that captions
I know I can add charSet manually, but this will take a lot of time because the project is large and need to validate one by one.
Is are any easier way to do that, or it's a bug?
