Property "Date Modified" unchanged!?

Sometimes, when the "TranslationData" property is added into a DFM, the file is saved without an update of the "Date Modified" property of the file (see file properties in Windows Explorer).

Because of that, VSS do not take my DFM file when I execute the VSS CheckIn command.

So my co-worker never get the translated Form !

Moreover, some time later, if I do a "Get Latest Version" command in VSS, i do not get the VSS "Official Version" because the Modified Date is not changed...

Does someone else also have (had) this problem?
What should I do to avoid that???

We've never seen this before and nobody reported this. File saving is performed by Delphi itself.
