Distribute SILEditor

Hi there,
we have purchase the TsiLang and use it for our project to develop international product for our customer. But because of culture/language problem, our customer complain that some of the word is not translate properly.
Can we give our customer the copy of SilEditor for them to modify the translation by themself ?
