I have compiled the Task Scheduler Demo which come with VCL Scheduling Agent 1.0.5 registered version for starting to learn how to use it(Yes, I read the code directly for study those of them "how to work", especially for non-chinese code!).

And the problem I encountered is:
1. I clicked on "New Task", I "pointed" to the program I developed. At last, it displayed a "System Message" with 4 chinese characters, which means "Access Denied" in English.

I have captured the screen image that the problem I encountered.

But the "Custom .EXE every 10 mins 24hrs" in "Quick Demos" is OK for me. My program "pop up" every 10 minutes.

Finally, I want to know, will the user of my program have their own local language display on the scheduling options part ? As I executed the demo which VCL Scheduling Agent provided? (Because I have seen that Chinese "appeared" on the Monitor in "the schedule settings") I really want to know how to get "the localization strings" of Windows.

The error messages and Task Properties dialog come from Windows and as result will have UI language set to OS language.
