Hebrew characters cannot be seen.

The Dictionary manager save Hebrew characters as "?" character
Is there any way to use siLang solution for hebrew translation?

Actually, Dictionary Manager is Unicode compatible and must be able to save Hebrew characters. Could you please describe how you add Hebrew and also what are the settings for Hebrew under Default Fonts (Translation Editor menu Tools|Default Fonts)?
