Im using form-inheritance and need to override some properties (captions) at the derivited form that have to be translated also. Unfortunately TsiLang doesn't offers me that captions for translation. Is that a TsiLang restriction?

Yes, TsiLang will allow either completely re-introduce all captions in inherited forms or use parent values. I would suggest just use run-time changing for those captions and handle hard-coded strings with TsiLang Expert source translation.
