Translations at Design Time

Is it possible to choose a language at design time and have the appropriate translations visible on the form?

Yes, of course. Just change ActivaLanguage proeprty or Language property and all UI will be switched to new language.

From an external sib?

Ah, not, sorry. In this case you will need to load this SIB file first into your project and then switch language.
