Compatible Windows version

I'm currently evaluating VCL Scheduling Agent for use in one of my projects, but I need to know what versions of Windows is Microsoft's Scheduling Agent available? And do I need to install anything on the machine or all Windows come with it? What I mean, is I need a solution that all Windows come with it and there is no way to remove the agent.

Hello,
Here the requirements for Task Scheduler:
Windows NT/2000/XP: Included in Windows 2000 and later.
Windows 95/98/Me: Included in Windows 98 and later.
Redistributable: Requires Internet Explorer 4.0 or later on Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 95.
