Can't get ChatGTP to work

I have tried to use the new ChatGTP support, but although I have an account (free!) and an API key, I do not get any translation suggestions. What am I missing?

Recently they have blocked all FREE accounts to API access. Only the web-chat is available. To get API access working you need to get the payable account.
