SaveDialog: caption of message when file is overwritten

Hello.
Could you help me to find out the next thing:
- the form has TsiSaveDialog component
- this component has overwritePrompt option
- the message which is shown when the file is overwritten has no translate.
Is it possible to translate this message?
I looked it in String and Dialog sections and tried to load resource string translation, but all it hasn't any results.
