siOpenDialog - Not enough timer available

Dear Igor,
i got a problem with siOpenDialog under Windows7 with Timers.
If i start an application with a Modal Login Form to choose a file with siOpenDialog, If i cancel the dialog and then the form - i get an exception EOutOfRessources (Not enough timer available) see bugreport.txt in zip-file.
(The shown language in siOpenDialog is not the language of siLangdispatcher)
