I have same problems sometimes. We are still not able to find 100% reproducible sequence :( Probably support will explain you how to trace it. Could be solution for all of us!

I can't be sure about correct answer, but I suggest you to make small experiment. Since there are can be internal protection in app agains binaries modification, it is good idea to try same things for "open" application (100% protection-free, like MS Paint).

You should set it to True to inherite form settings.

Please use temporary workaround: former TComboBox instead of TsiLangCombo before support come back in a week. At least you will be able to switch language in run-time :)

Sounds strange ! Please explain what is wrong. I have a lot of Developer Express dialogs that translated using resource strings wizard and it works fine. I doubt there are something extra in Report Builder.

Can you upload XLS ? I'll inspect it and try to reproduce.

Small mistake: not Byte(LangID) but (LangID and $03FF) !

I'm not SILang expert, but it seems to be possible using ExtendedTranslations only.
