Has anyone used the TsiLang Component Suite to create an multi-language weblication using IntraWeb?
Is it even possible?

Hello, I noticed in the manual, that the Dictionary Manager uses a COM interface. Does the mean that there is now Dictionary Manager for Kylix? If so, will there ever be another implementation for the Dictionary Manager for Kylix (non-COM)? Next question...Are .sil files created in Windows fully com...
